the power of anger
Most people shy away from anger. We've been brought up to believe that anger is bad, negative, and should be avoided at all costs. That is absolutely not true! Anger is an amazing catalyst to push you into something new. If you're always comfortable, if things are always smooth and easy, you will never change!
As a health intuitive, I see the horrible effects of stagnant anger in people ALL THE TIME. If you suppress anger, it will manifest in your body through some kind of physical illness. You have to express anger so it doesn't get trapped in your body.
So, how do you do it?
MOVEMENT. You have to move. Scream, yell, dance, throw a fit, chant, sing, run, hit a pillow! Do whatever you need to do to express anger. This does not give you permission to throw your anger at someone else. You have to be self-responsible. And that means expressing your anger in a safe way without hurting anyone else.
